Free shipping applies to purchases over 300 Euro.
The packages are well packaged and safe from damage. Your shipment is usually delivered with PostNord or DHL. We choose the shipping that best suits your purchased goods. Normal delivery time is 2-4 weekdays within Sweden. To Denmark it can take 3-10 days and to Norway around 20 days including customs clearance time. The rest of the world : around 7-25 days depending on country.
You will be notified via text message or e-mail that the item has been handed in to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal - exchanges and returns
Normal right of withdrawal is according to the Distance Trading Act 14 days from your item arrived. All types of right of withdrawal presuppose that the product is not used, and that it is returned in undamaged condition with all tags intact and unbroken. We will refund the purchase price of the product.
No right of return on specially ordered goods according to the law.
We still offer a 5-day open purchase on specially ordered christening clothes that have been modified with christening embroidery according to your wishes. You have the right to return/exchange during this time.
For custom-made products (which applies to most of our products in the assortment, since they are sewn to order for you as in a sewing studio) and embroidered products, 50% of the order value is refunded when the right of cancellation is exercised. However, this does NOT apply to rosette embroideries, embroidered bathrobes and bed sets, but only christening clothes, for which no compensation is paid in case of regret. However, large-scale changes are approved in the vast majority of cases, even if the garment is specially made. Costs for return shipping and shipping to the customer are paid by the customer in case of cancellation.
Goods that are returned where the total purchase no longer reaches the limit for free shipping, 300 Euro the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, however a maximum of 20 Euro.
If bags, garments, etc. are in incorrectly packed, lumpy and must be ironed and repacked on return, a restoration fee of 10 Euro will be deducted from the refund. As our garments are extremely careful for each customer that they receive an item in perfect condition and nicely packaged.
For non-picked packages, we charge a fee for shipping, return shipping and handling of 45 Euro.
Product defects and complaints
If the item is returned due to a product defect, contact us < / a> as soon as you discover the error and return it immediately, in the event of a complaint, we are of course responsible for return shipping. Let us know if you want a new item or your money back. Credit is made via Klarna. All returned goods must be unused, in any original packaging and with original marks / tags in original condition and unbroken to be approved. All forms of returns must be pre-registered online with us before being sent. You make your registration by logging into your account, or creating an account with the same e-mail you used when ordering. Find your order under "My orders" and click on it. Scroll down and you will see the return notification. You mark and set the number and write if necessary. comment if you want to exchange, complain or return. Complete the registration. After you have done it, you wait for a return approval and when that email arrives, you print out the return slip on your account and attach it to the shipment.
