Terms of purchase and delivery for Grace of Sweden

Shipping Cost

PostNord / DHL Price: approx. 6.5 Euro (We account for approx. 50% of the actual shipping cost.)
Free shipping applies to purchases over 288 Euro.


Delivery and delivery times

In Sweden: The packages are well packaged and safe from damage. Your shipment is usually delivered with PostNord consignment note or DHL. We choose the shipping that best suits your purchased goods.

Most models are ready for immediate delivery. Orders that are ready-made as stock are sent within 1-2 working days.

Orders that include embroidery will be shipped within 2-5 days.

Studio-sewn christening dresses, this usually applies to dresses in the price range over 250 Euro may require up to 10 days of production time as they are sewn up according to the customer's wishes. (+ delivery time.) As we do not have these models ready-made in our warehouse, but sew when we receive your order.

We ship world wide.

Shipping time takes about 6-25 days depending on the country. 2-4 days within Sweden, 3-10 days to Denmark and Finland. Keep in mind that goods to Norway must be cleared through customs and customs time + shipping time can take up to 20 days. 

In case of urgent delivery, contact us by email, and we will do our best to arrange it and give you different shipping options.

You will be notified via text message or e-mail that the item has been handed in to the carrier. You will receive a notification message to pick up your package from a PostNord representative. DHL is picked up at DHL's delivery point Service Point. Any transport damage must be reported immediately at the time of collection. The damage must be documented and photographed.

Payment

You make payment via bank / credit card, direct payment, invoice or partial payment. We use Klarna Checkout for all transactions with SSL and maximum security. No costs for invoice fee or other payment fees will be added at checkout when you use Klarna Checkout with us. You can if you want to pay in 2 months at a cost of only about 3 Euro. Right of withdrawal, exchange, complaint and returns

Normal right of withdrawal is according to the Distance Trading Act 14 days from your item arrived. All types of right of withdrawal presuppose that the product is not used, and that it is returned in undamaged condition with all tags intact and unbroken. We will refund the purchase price of the product.

Normally, no right of return applies to specially ordered goods. We still offer 3 days open purchase on specially ordered goods that are manufactured / modified according to your wishes. During this time you have the right of return / exchange. For specially ordered and embroidered products, 50% of the order value will be refunded upon exercise of the right of withdrawal. This is to cover restoration costs. Costs for return shipping are paid by the customer.

Goods that are returned where the total purchase no longer reaches the limit for free shipping, SEK 288 Euro the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, however, a maximum of 15 Euro.

If bags, garments, etc. are in incorrectly packed, lumpy and must be ironed and repacked on return, a restoration fee of SEK 100 will be deducted from the refund. As our garments are extremely careful for each customer that they receive an item in perfect condition and nicely packaged.

Terms embroidery service of customer-owned products

If you have your own dress and only want to buy embroidery so it goes well if the dress is not very old and fragile. There is always a risk that an accident occurs with an embroidery machine, for example there may be an oil splash or the machine gets stuck and makes a hole. With our own dresses, this is no problem. But if it should happen with your dress so that it can not be restored, we will replace you with an optional model of our dresses in the Tradition series. Uncollected Packages

For non-picked packages, we charge a fee for shipping, return shipping and handling of 45 Euro.

Who can shop?

You must be 18 years of age and older to place an order. Designcompaniet AB always has the right to refuse to process an order without further explanation (eg in case of suspicion of attempted fraud, extremely large orders or if there is a reasonable suspicion that the customer will not meet current payment terms.)

Stock Error

In the event that a product is not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel it or parts of it, provided that the product cannot be purchased within the reasonable time frame. In the event of cancellation of an order, any payment will be returned to the customer. We try to keep our web shop well updated, but with many orders on the same day, it can happen that an item runs out before it is registered in the shop.

Reservations

We can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual colors or size of the products. This depends on which computer, screen settings, etc. you have. We reserve the right to make any incorrect descriptions in product texts and measurements. However, we work continuously to keep these as good and accurate as possible. Always follow the care advice you find online with us, for the products you have bought.
For hygiene products such as earrings, no right of exchange applies due to the risk of infection.

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means that all orders are encrypted, i.e. absolutely sure. Grace of Sweden never discloses your personal information or email address to third parties. Our goods may not be resold for commercial purposes, without the dealer being licensed and having an agreement with us. The same applies to the rental of our goods or other commercial purposes. Churches can lend dresses they bought from us.
